Welcome to Solaxisflauna! By purchasing from our store or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or browsing the site.

1. Live Arrival Guarantee

​

We take great care in packaging and shipping your exotic pets. However, due to the nature of live animal transport, certain conditions apply:

  • Evidence Requirement: If your animal arrives dead on arrival (DOA), you must provide clear photo and video evidence of the animal in its original, unopened packaging. This evidence must be emailed to solaxisflauna@gmail.com within 2 hours of the delivery timestamp provided by the shipping carrier. Failure to do so voids any live arrival guarantee.

  • Temperature Policy: Live arrival guarantee is only valid when:

    • Daytime temperatures at the delivery location are between 40°F and 90°F.

    • If the temperature is below 40°F or above 90°F, you must select a special shipping option (such as overnight with heat/cool packs or hold for pickup) to qualify for the guarantee.

 

2. Refund and Replacement Policy

​

  • If a DOA claim is verified under the above conditions, we will offer either a replacement animal (if available) or a refund for the animal’s cost.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, under all circumstances.

  • Replacement shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

3. Shipping Terms and Carrier Liability

  • All shipments are made using trusted carriers with appropriate packing materials.

  • We are not responsible for delays, errors, or mishandling by shipping carriers, including but not limited to missed delivery windows, misrouted packages, or rough handling.

  • In the case of live animals, Solaxisflauna is not liable for death or injury caused by carrier delay or errorbeyond our control.

  • For large or bulk orders, we may include overcounts (extras) to account for minor in-transit loss. If losses exceed the overcount significantly, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

  • For non-lethal cosmetic or physical damage, especially for plants, refunds or partial refunds may be considered based on severity, but decisions will be made at the sole discretion of Solaxisflauna.

 

4. Photo Usage and Authenticity

  • All photos and videos submitted to us become the property of Solaxisflauna and may be used for verification, training, or marketing purposes (excluding personal information).

  • Photos or videos that are found to be stolen, edited, or fraudulent will immediately void any guarantee or refund eligibility, and may result in being banned from future purchases.

 

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may only be cancelled before shipment. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, the sale is considered final.

  • Custom orders or special requests are non-refundable once confirmed and prepared.

 

6. Animal Care and Responsibility

​

  • By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are knowledgeable about the care requirements for the animal(s) ordered.

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that ownership of the purchased animal is legal in their state, county, or city. We are not responsible for confiscations or legal issues due to improper ownership.

 

7. Classifieds Section Disclaimer

  • Solaxisflauna offers a classifieds section on our website where independent users may post items for sale.

  • We provide this section only as a platform and do not verify or endorse any listings, products, or sellers.

  • Solaxisflauna assumes no liability or responsibility for any part of transactions made between third-party buyers and sellers.

  • All purchases made through classifieds are at your own risk. Users are responsible for conducting their own research and due diligence before engaging in any transaction.

  • Solaxisflauna is not responsible for delivery, quality, condition, or legality of items sold in the classifieds section.

  • Solaxisflauna reserves the right to remove any listing or ban users for violations of site rules or illegal activity.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Solaxisflauna is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages resulting from handling or care of the animal(s) after delivery.

  • Our liability is limited strictly to the cost of the animal in verified DOA cases, as described above.

 

9. Data Usage and Privacy

  • By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We may collect non-personal usage data through cookies and analytics tools to improve user experience and website performance.

  • We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with outside parties except as required to process orders or comply with legal obligations.

 

10. Fair Use & Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website—including text, images, graphics, logos, and product descriptions—is the intellectual property of Solaxisflauna or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

11. Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising from purchases or use of our website are governed by the laws of the State of California, specifically San Diego County, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in San Diego, California for any dispute.

 

12. Modifications to Terms

Solaxisflauna reserves the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
